2.Customer Service
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 7:30a– 5:30p
Pay Rate: $16/Hour to start depending upon qualifications and experience.
Job Description: This position will play a crucial role in customer orders and serves as a liaison between external customers and production. Work schedule while in training will be from 8:30am- 5pm, M- F and the actual work hours will range from 7:30am – 5:30pm, M-F once training has ended.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Previous experience in similar environment is preferred, printing industry experience is a huge plus.
3.Customer Service Representative
Schedule-Training M- F 8a- 5p
Pay Rate: AM-$19/Hour and PM- $20.50/Hour
Job Description:
- Customer Service Rep
- Mostly data entry, some phones and dealing with drivers
- No scheduling
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Data Entry Test
- 1- 2 years admin experience helpful.
4.Back Office Clerk – Accounts Payable/Receivable
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 8a-5p
Pay Rate:$16+/hr. to start based on experience
Job Description:
- 70% Accounts Payable-Accounts Receivable-Billing
- · Will also be somewhat of a floater to help in other areas and/or departments
- · Good Communication skills
- · We will train on Systems

5.Manufacturing Administrative Assistant / Label Coordinator Assistant
Schedule: M-F, 7:30a- 4p Pay: $17 plus/Hour based on experience
Duties: (50% Warehouse / 50% Admin). Works closely with Label Coordinator to ensure orders are processed, manufactured, and shipped accurately and according to the production schedule. Enter and close orders in label system. Complete production forms. Computes total quantities. Pull/refill job packets. Maintain production schedule. Schedules LTL shipments. Maintain and track inventory. Create and maintain Word/Excel docs for inventory management. Label products. Enter new products and filing. Works with all departments and internal/external clients and vendors.
Requirements: Must be able to lift 70lbs and operate pallet jack (will train). Team player, customer service, attention to detail, prioritize, multi-task, creative problem solver, fast paced environment, work under pressure. Working knowledge of PC & Windows. Proven work history. Forklift experience or willing to learn.
Pre-employment Drug Screen, Background Check, Credit Check, and Physical Required.
6. Recycling Logistics Support/Admin Assistant
Hours: 10am-7pm
Days: Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $15+ to start based on experience
Summary: Coordinates internal and external logistics operations Process paperwork and data related to department functions. Maintains equipment records, produces daily reports and documentation.
Job Description:
· Schedules trucking for daily pick-up and delivery of materials.
· Work with internal and external personnel to produce a high-quality customer service experience for all customers.
· Runs the scale
· Keeps track of all incoming and outgoing shipments and expedites as required.
· Ensure all necessary information regarding shipments is processed on schedule.
· Report the status of the orders and logistics schedules to the logistics manager.
· Monitor and maintain records related to the equipment location, status, and availability
· Works with other staff to coordinate activities between multiple shifts.
· Produce and maintain all necessary paperwork needed to process shipments by truck, container, and railcar
· Monitor and maintain records of the inventory and supplies.
· Maintain equipment maintenance logs.
· Data entry into the computer system
· Ensure all necessary information regarding shipping and receiving data is processed on schedule.
· Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education and Experience: Required to be a high school graduate with 1 years of experience in trucking and scheduling. Experience in warehouse brokerage or manufacturing setting will also be considered
Technical skills: Shipping documentation; Able to read, understand, and make up bills of lading, export paperwork and other documents.
Computer skills; Must be able to work in Microsoft office suite with proficiency.
Experienced in purchase order, invoice and receiver issuing and clearing in a completely computerized system.
Work Environment: The person must be able to get along and work with others from diverse cultural backgrounds. The person should be a positive example and assist others in maintaining good company morale. coordinate work and product flow appropriately. Must be able to understand the need for and promote the process and documentation of all movements of materials
