Title:  Administrative Clerk with Quickbooks
Location:  Omaha
Salary Range:  $16.00-$17.00

Description: 
Now Offering $100 HIRING BONUS (please ask for more details)New Employees hired as of 08/06/2019 will be awarded a $100 bonus upon completing 30 days of employment with perfect attendance! 

Days:Monday-Friday(occasional Saturday hours dependent upon workload needs... flexible between 8am-1pm)
Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm
Pay Rate:$16-$17/hr
Will hire after 6 weeks
Once hired, full benefits after 3 months (health, dental, 401k, etc)
Casual Attire
Bring lunch (Usually eat at desk. If time away needed, add time taken to end of shift)



Requirements: 
Take credit card information and process payments
Calculate daily production employee payroll hours; reconcile and enter into weekly time sheets (75 employees)
Assist in establishing freight quotes and shipments
Invoice delivery tickets from local sales staff
Process domestic customer invoices
Match AP receiving documents to AP invoices
Research AR payment deductions made from receivable payments
File AP and AR documents
Match freight BOL (Bill of Leading) information to invoices

Personal Traits Needed:
Must be detail oriented (accuracy is more important than speed)
Must have physical mobility (must be able to walk the grounds/steps of large facility)
Must be self-sufficient
Must be flexible with ability to multi-task
Must be organized
Above average written and oral communication skills required
Knowledge of Quick Books helpful, but not necessary
