Title:  $350 Signing Bonus – Printing Machine Operators - Administrative Assistant – Weekly Pay

Salary Range:  $17 to $18.50 plus/hr based on experience

Local Printing company is hiring for the following positions below:
1.Rotoflex Printing Machine Operator
Hours: 7:30am-4pm
Days: Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $17.00 plus/Hour based on experience

Position Description:
The position would consist of working within our production facility. You will be trained to operate our new finishing rewind machinery while following Quality Control Specifications and inspecting material to ensure the finished product is defect free.
Your duties would include finishing larger press rolls of printed material and rewinding them to smaller rolls per customer requirements. You will be responsible for preparing orders for final QC Inspection. Other responsibilities will include ensuring your area is clean and well maintained.

Requirements: 

 
• Perform Production, Inspection, Packaging and Machine Operation Duties
• Set up Machinery to Job Specifications
• Effectively Monitor Finish Production Equipment and Printed Material
• Assist in other Production Department Duties as necessary
• Perform Appropriate Duties as Assigned by Management
• Maintain a Safe and Clean Workspace
• Follow all Established Safety Rules and Regulations Position Requirements:
• Previous Manufacturing Experience is Preferred. (Will train the Proper Motivated Individual)
• Must have Good Math Skills including the Ability to Read a Ruler.
• Must be able to pass a Basic Math Aptitude Test.
• Lift up to 70 pounds.
• Pre-employment Drug Screen, Background Check and Physical Required.

 This is a Fast-Paced Position with internal growth potential.

2.Manufacturing Administrative Assistant / Label Coordinator Assistant                                      
Schedule: M-F, 7:30a- 4p                                                                                                                               
Pay: $17 plus/Hour based on experience
Duties: (50% Warehouse / 50% Admin). Works closely with Label Coordinator to ensure orders are processed, manufactured, and shipped accurately and according to the production schedule. Enter and close orders in label system. Complete production forms. Computes total quantities. Pull/refill job packets. Maintain production schedule. Schedules LTL shipments. Maintain and track inventory. Create and maintain Word/Excel docs for inventory management. Label products. Enter new products and filing. Works with all departments and internal/external clients and vendors.
Requirements: Must be able to lift 70lbs and operate pallet jack (will train). Team player, customer service, attention to detail, prioritize, multi-task, creative problem solver, fast paced environment, work under pressure. Working knowledge of PC & Windows. Proven work history. Forklift experience or willing to learn.

3.Flexographic Printing Press Operator
Rate & Hours:
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 7:30am-4pm
Pay Rate: $18.50 plus/hour based on experience

Job Description:

  • Operating up to a 6-color flexographic printing press within production facility. Must safely set-up, operate and clean up the flexographic press in a productive manner while following Quality Control Specifications.
  • See defects by use of a strobe light, maintain ink management, and mount plates successfully.
  • Maintain the print consistency and quality of labels. Clean and well maintained.
  • Pre-employment Drug Screen, Background Check and Physical Required.

Requirements:
  • Perform Printing, Inspection, and Press Operation Duties

  • Effectively Monitor Press and Printed Material for Consistency
  • Follow Quality Control Guidelines from Start to Finish
  • Perform Appropriate Duties as Assigned by Management

  • Follow all Established Safety Rules and Regulations
Skills:
  • 1 – 2 years Flexographic Press Operator Experience is preferred.
  • Must have Good Math Skills including the Ability to Read a Ruler.
  • Must be able to pass a Math Aptitude Test.
  • Lift up to 70 pounds.

4.Digital Printing Press / Die Cutter Operator


Rate & Hours:
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 7:30am-4pm
Pay Rate: $18.50 plus/Hour based on experience

Job Description
  • Operating an Epson digital printing press and rotary die cutter within production facility.
  • Must safely set-up, operate and clean up the digital press and rotary die cutter in a productive manner while following Quality Control Specifications.
  • Responsible for maintaining the print and die cut consistency while maintaining the quality of labels. Keep area clean and well maintained.

Requirements:

  • Perform Printing, Inspection, and Press Operation Duties
  • Set up Digital Press & Die Cutter to Job Specifications
  • Effectively Monitor Press/Die Cutter and Printed Material for Consistency
  • Follow Quality Control Guidelines from Start to Finish
  • Perform Appropriate Duties as Assigned by Management
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Workspace
  • Follow all Established Safety Rules and Regulations
  • Pre-employment Drug Screen, Background Check and Physical Required.
Skills:
