We are a locally owned staffing company offering; temporary, temp to hire and direct hire services for light industrial, clerical and many more positions. As we continue to be "An Employers Choice in Staffing" our business keeps growing making this a GREAT opportunity for the right individual!

Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $17-$19/hour, based on experience- Potential for Bonus!

  • · Work with account managers and company representatives to match candidates with available permanent, temporary and on call positions
  • · Recruit candidates utilizing various job posting and social media sites, attending job fairs, networking with business/association groups and employee referrals
  • · Review and respond to high volume of applications; through e-mail, online submissions and in person
  • · Contact prospective candidates via phone and e-mail to pre-qualify
  • · Review, revise and create resumes
  • · Conduct reference and background checks
  • · Administer proficiency and skills testing
Requirements: 

  •   Previous staffing industry experience is preferred
  •   Must be Bilingual
  • · Strong computer skills
  • · Ability to perform duties in a VERY fast paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • · Excellent organizational aptitude and attention to detail
  • · Customer service orientation required with great interpersonal skills
  • · MUST pass background check and drug screen
