Now Offering $350 HIRING BONUS. New Employees hired will be awarded a $350 bonus upon completing 30 days of employment with perfect attendance.
$350 Signing Bonus-Recycling Logistics Support-Weekly Pay
Hours: 10am-7pm
Days: Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $15
Summary: Coordinates internal and external logistics operations Process paperwork and data related to department functions. Maintains equipment records, produces daily reports and documentation.
Job Description:
· Schedules trucking for daily pick-up and delivery of materials.
· Work with internal and external personnel to produce a high-quality customer service experience for all customers.
· Runs the scale
· Keeps track of all incoming and outgoing shipments and expedites as required.
· Ensure all necessary information regarding shipments is processed on schedule.
· Report the status of the orders and logistics schedules to the logistics manager.
· Monitor and maintain records related to the equipment location, status, and availability
· Works with other staff to coordinate activities between multiple shifts.
· Produce and maintain all necessary paperwork needed to process shipments by truck, container, and railcar
· Monitor and maintain records of the inventory and supplies.
· Maintain equipment maintenance logs.
· Data entry into the computer system
· Ensure all necessary information regarding shipping and receiving data is processed on schedule.
· Performs other duties as assigned


Requirements: 
Responsibilities and Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and Experience: Required to be a high school graduate with 1 years of experience in trucking and scheduling. Experience in warehouse brokerage or manufacturing setting will also be considered
Language Skills: Must be able to read, write and speak English in a clear manner, understandable by all customers and vendors.

Technical skills: Must be experienced in all these skills
· Shipping documentation; Able to read, understand, and make up bills of lading, export paperwork and other documents.
· Computer skills; Must be able to work in Microsoft office suite with proficiency. Experienced in purchase order, invoice and receiver issuing and clearing in a completely computerize system.
· Product Knowledge; Must have a basic understand of products such as office paper, cardboard, containers, etc.
· Teamwork skills; Must be able to establish ongoing positive relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and outside vendors
· Knowledge; Must have a basic understanding of office support functions, including filing, scheduling, answering phones
· Customer service skills; Must be able to manage customer inquiry and complaints.

Reasoning Ability: Must be able to demonstrate good judgement in dealing with internal and external personnel. Must be able to understand the needs of suppliers and production teams to coordinate work and product flow appropriately. Must be able to understand the need for and promote the process and documentation of all movements of materials
Physical Demands: Must be able to work part time in a non-air-conditioned shop environment. Must be able to drive from building to building
Work Environment: The person must be able to get along and work with others from diverse cultural backgrounds. The person should be a positive example and assist others in maintaining good company morale.
