1.Flexographic Printing Press Operator
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 7:30am-4pm
Pay Rate: $20+ /hour based on experience
Job Description:
- Operating up to a 6-color flexographic printing press within production facility. Must safely set-up, operate and clean up the flexographic press in a productive manner while following Quality Control Specifications.
- See defects by use of a strobe light, maintain ink management, and mount plates successfully.
- Maintain the print consistency and quality of labels. Clean and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Perform Printing, Inspection, and Press Operation Duties
- Set up Flexographic Press to Job Specifications
- Effectively Monitor Press and Printed Material for Consistency
- Follow Quality Control Guidelines from Start to Finish
- Perform Appropriate Duties as Assigned by Management
- Maintain a Safe and Clean Workspace
- Follow all Established Safety Rules and Regulation
Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years Flexographic Press Operator Experience is preferred.
- Must have Good Math Skills including the Ability to Read a Ruler.
- Must be able to pass a Math Aptitude Test.
- Lift up to 70 pounds.
- Pre-employment Drug Screen, Background Check and Physical Required.
- Steel toe or composite toe shoes required
2.Rotoflex Printing Machine Operators
Hours: 7:30am-4pm
Days: Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $17.00+/Hour based on experience
Position Description:
The position would consist of working within our production facility. You will be trained to operate our new finishing rewind machinery while following Quality Control Specifications and inspecting material to ensure the finished product is defect free.
Your duties would include finishing larger press rolls of printed material and rewinding them to smaller rolls per customer requirements. You will be responsible for preparing orders for final QC Inspection. Other responsibilities will include ensuring your area is clean and well maintained.
Requirements:
- Perform Production, Inspection, Packaging and Machine Operation Duties
- Set up Machinery to Job Specifications
- Effectively Monitor Finish Production Equipment and Printed Material
- Assist in other Production Department Duties as necessary
- Perform Appropriate Duties as Assigned by Management
- Maintain a Safe and Clean Workspace
- Follow all Established Safety Rules and Regulations Position Requirements:
- Previous Manufacturing Experience is Preferred. (Will train the Proper Motivated Individual)
- Must have Good Math Skills including the Ability to Read a Ruler.
- Must be able to pass a Basic Math Aptitude Test.
- Lift up to 70 pounds.
- Pre-employment Drug Screen, Background Check and Physical Required.
This is a Fast-Paced Position with internal growth potential.

3.Press Operator Assistants (Flexographic)
Schedule: M-F, 7:30a- 4p
Pay: $17+/hr. to start
Duties: Press Assistant. Assist the lead Flexographic Press Operator in operating the printing press to manufacture labels. Required to safely assist in the set-up, make-ready, mount and remove plates, prepare job runs, etc., and clean-up of the press in a productive manner while following Quality Control Specifications. The right individual will have the opportunity to learn press operating duties with opportunities for advancement.
Requirements:
· Print shop experience preferred but willing to train.
· Mechanically inclined.
· Detail oriented, good work ethic.
· Math skills and be able to read a ruler.
· Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
· Must be able to pass a math aptitude test.
· Pre-employment Drug Screen, Background Check and Physical Required.
4.Tabletop Machine Operator
Hours: 8a – 4:30p
Days: Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $17 to start
Job Description:
- Tabletop Machine Operator.
- This position is responsible for following quality control processes and procedures to meet customer order expectations.
- Training and operating other equipment in the department is part of this position.
- Attention to detail and procedures, and a willingness to be trained on a new skillset.
- Looking to grow with the company.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Read a ruler, basic math, reading skills.
- H.S. Diploma and/or any equivalent work in warehouse/production/manufacturing experience. Communicate written/verbal.
- On-the-job training is available, experience is not required, but preferred.
