*Hours/Days: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm, and Saturdays 7:30am-12noon preferred but not mandatory.
*Pay: $17-$21/hour, based on experience.
*Job Description/Duties
- Calling customers to let them know that their product has arrived and arranging pickup or deliveries.
- Filing and organizing paperwork daily.
- Provide assistance to sales team, contractors, and walk-in customers both in person, via email as well as on the phone.
- Learning the Window and Door product and eventually progressing the knowledge to the point where you can fully quote the product with a confidence level, that what you are providing the customer is what the customer is looking for (It takes time).
- Potentially handling billing as well.
*Requirements/Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate in English
- Friendly customer Service
